Clubhouse

Members will be aware of the proposed new Clubhouse, to be built as part of the Vigo Park regeneration aspects of the Andover Masterplan. This was approved by Test Valley Borough Council at its meeting on 3 December. As our own news story says, we are delighted with the decision, which comes after the Club had developed our own plans for an extension to the existing Clubhouse to reflect the growing size of our membership base.

Following the decision, there will now be various site visits and we will also be feeding in our own requirements for how the Clubhouse should look and which will reflect our own needs for the facility. Formal construction work is expected to start in September 2026, i.e. at the close of the forthcoming outdoor season; and is likely to take between six and nine months.
