Sunday Competitions Results 2023

Mixed Invitation Pairs

Another  lovely sunny day for this well attended competition 

The two semi finalists were Sue Milton and Pete Anthony who played against Kath Rolfe and Tom Stoten

with Andrew Carnegie and Cindy McLaughlin taking on  Linda Sturt & Dave Corbett in the other semi final. The Final was between Andrew and Cindy who won against Sue & Pete, in a good battle. Thanks go to our competition secretary Elainne Piper for organising the day, well played all

George Hacking Two Wood Triples  -9th July

Another lovely sunny Sunday for the today for this 2 wood triples competition.

Eight teams took to the Green to battle it out with Dave Taplin, Dave Clipsom & Tony Guy beating Liz Ewens, Jack Norris and Rob Furniss in the final.

 

 

Drawn Pairs 

We had fine weather for the first Sunday Competition of the season.  There were some very close games played and an excellent  final was played between Evan Lewens and Ray Brambley v Phil Easton and Linda Sturt with Linda and Phil the winners taking home the wine.
